Eastern Escarpment Conservation Area
Come on the this bushwalk in the area at the foot of Mount Cotton, Eprapah Creek and climb to the summit of Mount Cotton. This area is a good example of multi-user trails.
Meet time: 9.00 am
Meet place: Gate 1, W Mt Cotton Road, Mount Cotton
Walk description:
The walk traverses the headwaters of Tingalpa Creek and then ascends to the summit of Mount Cotton.
Hazards:
Gravel base track which becomes slippery in the wet or after recent rains.
Recommended to bring:
Sturdy boots/shoes, suitable clothing for the walk, first aid kit, medication (if required), 3 litres of water, snack.
