Let’s Explore Stoney Creek to Kuranda Hike + Lunch + Train by Your Tribe 

Let’s Explore and Celebrate Walking. Throughout August, we’re celebrating Queensland walks month 2023.
Join us on this Let’s Explore + Celebrate Walking Adventure
🗓️ Saturday – 5th August 2023
⏰ Meet – 7am at Stoney Creek carpark
👣 7:15 Commence Walk + Talk from Stoney Creek to Kuranda
This walk will approximately take 4 hours, which includes a swim at surprise creek. You will need intermediate fitness as this trail can be challenging. Yes there are hills!
We will stop in Kuranda for lunch at the pub (at your own expense).  🚂 Our return journey will be on the Kuranda Scenic Railway which departs at 2pm. The cost for locals is $40.00.
Your Tribe will need confirmation and firm numbers as I will need to do a group booking for the return train.
For those that don’t wish to walk and would like to meet us and enjoy lunch together, why not catch the train up
Equipment – Please carry a camel bak with sufficient water + nutrition + poles for walking if you need. Your Tribe will carry a first aid + snake bandage kit
