With a strong focus on enhancing the pedestrian experience and advocating for walkable communities, Queensland Walks has become a leading force in encouraging individuals, families, and communities to incorporate walking into their daily lives.

10,000 Steps Program

The 10,000 Steps program encourages Australians to increase their physical activity!

Run by the team at CQUniversity Australia since 2001, we’re providing a free program to help you challenge yourself, friends and workmates to move more every day.

Why not join a Heart Foundation Walking group in your area? 

Heart Foundation Walking work every day to achieve the goals of an Australia free of heart disease. They do this by building and supporting a community of walkers.

The  program is Australia’s largest free walking network, and offers Australians multiple ways to walk.
